To confirm the booking, you agree to pay the full-price booking confirmation fee which is NON-REFUNDABLE but deductible from the total cleaning price.

 

If paying cash must pay in full before work starts 

 

Notice of cancellation must be made by email at info@onehourcleaningfl.com with the following details: Full Name, Phone number, Service name, booked date and time for service. If prior notification is not given, you will be charged the total price for the service.

 

A total price for service will be charged for cancellations less than 24 hours before the booked date. 

 

Refunds will not be given to a customer absent in the house on the booked date&time for service.
